Don't even get me started - but you have no choice
Faul business practices "hurray" - we yet have another one a "community" page paid by some government to slander foreign businesses. Not only that, besides giving support that might not be called support, because you want to cry. But don't cry! They offer to "resolve" the customer reviews with a "small" fee of at least 2500$ billed annually. Extortion anyone? Yes that's right, they will let your business be slandered online, but in exchange for 2500$ AND a full refund to your customer. You are getting yourself a healthy 10/10 stars rating in no time. But wait, if you don't pay, have fun with the slander, because there is no way to resolve bad reviews, even if you did give your customers a full refund after they went all crazy over your business. As a business I am telling you, you have no choice but to pay, sorry. But pay Trustpilots 4000$ as well, because they have a higher value than sitejabber.
