The worst review site I have ever come across, hard to find a "true" review, spent ages tonight signing up to a social media site only to find that once i had joined the 2 glowing reviews are from 2 friends of the site owner. Don't waste your time either reading their false recommendations or writing a review as everything is so obviously false

Dishonest reviews. Both good and bad. Most people would never find this site.

Hey, John. Honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. If you have additional concerns, please reach out to [email protected]. We’re happy to help.

appears to be a shake down site targeting small business owners. Instead of doing positive things to help businesses, this site allows fake reviews and out and our defamatory reviews. We even have a review of another business on our page. This looks to be a scam in an effort to get SMBs to pay for their service.

I did buy one but return to them because that was faulty and they didn't pay me back yet. Be careful and don't buy any thing from tomtop or China.

Hey there, it looks like you left your review on our company by accident. Sitejabber.com is a reviews website where buyers like you can leave feedback on businesses and their products – we don’t have anything to do with selling phones. Thanks.

Don't bother checking out website reviews with Sitejabber. Unlike TrustPilot, tSitejabber is not impartial and will not publish reviews if they choose. Then they give you all their excuses about their rules over which website reviews they will allow depending on the content of the website you are writing about. Their service is not comprehensive if they pick and choose which websites they protect from bad reviews. Not even worth one star rating. I vote ZERO

They can decide that they do not like your review that you left with a company and can fix it to where you are the only one who can see it.You get on a different computer with a different IP address and you may find that your review is not posted. Why not just say that your review was rejected or they did not like it. Rather than to be so fake and deceptive.

Honestly I don't know where to start with Sitejabber. I had a very frustrating experience with this non-responsive company that seems to do nothing but be intent on ruining reputations. It's just noise and doesn't deserve the star it's getting now.

If you visit Sitejabber be sure to bring enough TP to wipe off all the crap from yourself when you're done. Their users make a lot of damaging noise to a lot of companies and the SJ is completely unresponsive unless you pay them. I normally hesitate to use the "scam" word but in this case I have to make an exception.
