They do not share good reviews , share bad reviews immediately and takes so much time in a good review , and deletes good reviews to earn money from a business.

Hi Rohan, honest, authentic reviews on Sitejabber are at the heart of what we do – both the positive and negative ones. We do not delete any reviews unless they violate our Terms of Service – see https://www.sitejabber.com/faq#fake.

Allows random crazies to review your business but then not give you any tools to address or dispute and attempt to remove those reviews UNLESS YOU PAY to upgrade. Dodgy business.

I first went on this site a couple of years ago to report a scam Chinese dating site using photos of Ukranian women. I distinctly remember that there was a prominent warning about fake reviews. This is no longer there. The site is obviously grossly manipulated and has dropped the standards it once had.

Even though it seems a noble endeavor to warn people about bad or even dangerous websites and to reward companies that are doing well, in practice this website turns out to be completely unreliable. For example, on the website of compro-seguro.com This is a website of a company that does not exist. Just look after it at the internet, the company simply does not exist. This website is made for criminal activities. Nevertheless, there are 18 positive reviews on sitejabber. When you place a warning, it is removed at the request of "Compro seguro". In short, sitejabber completely ignores his goal and is also responsible for scamming people through Compro-Seguro

I ordered a beautiful wig from URHair and they sent me such a terrible looking wig.I ordered a blonde wig with golden highlights but I got a red wig.i ordered a shoulder length wavy wig but they sent me a very short old-fashioned style. This is obviously a scam as i noticed later that the model is not even wearing a wig but it is her own hair. They refuse to give me my money back and pay pal are not helping me.Not only am I going to boycott Chinese wig companies by stop using PayPal as they just did not help me one bit.I am disgusted!

Hey Margaret, looks like you left your review on our company’s Trustpilot’s listing by accident. Sitejabber.com is a reviews website where buyers like you can leave feedback on businesses and their products. We kindly ask that you move your review to the correct domain so URHair and other customers can see your feedback. Thanks.

Customers are blackmailing me! Seriously, sites like this allow criminal activity. "Refund me for a purchase I made 6 months ago or else I'll post a bad review" .... that's called extortion. We all agreed to a 30 day return policy. And we agreed the merchandise needs to be returned. Don't pretend like I'm a bad seller because I won't straight out refund your purchase when it's been almost 6 months. SiteJabber, you're enabling individuals to participate in fraud. In doing so, you are the apparatus of the fraud and should be held accountable for it! Lawyers out there: If there is ever a class action lawsuit, count me in. Comment below and I'll get ahold of you.

Just bunch of liars who post the review of rich companies so they can get the payment from them. They will not allow bad reviews for them.

Very unresponsive and unprofessional company. For sales, they will run after you like there is no tomorrow, to the extent that you feel you are being stalked. But once that is done, they are not interested in service. You can continue to follow up with them till the cows come home. You will not receive any response.
