It was my first experience dealing with cruise reservation with company so far away from home. Everything went smoothly and prossionaly. Great service even in New Zealand
We are based in New Zealand and were recommended Smart Cruiser by friends who had found them very good and very price competitive on a range of cruises. We have now used them for 3 cruises and the service and pricing has been great. They have even matched and ships deals and then given even more onboard credit. Communication has been good and we have had no problems.
