Edward was great but the price quoted on the contract was $300 beneath the actual price paid. The final price was still reasonable all things considered. They made it to my final destination in the timeframe that was initially discussed. I will use Smartcarship again in the future so long as the contract price matches the paid price more closely. That is an inherent feature of going with a broker vs a carrier.
