Started a quote with $575 then it went up to $1,000 then it went up to $1,500. The low quote was just to suck you in so they could get your business then settle on $1,400 a guy showed up that didn't speak English. He drove off and left me hanging and the only reason Roma called me back is I told him I wanted to terminate the transaction. Then he called back, sent another guy that was very helpful and done a good job. But pretty shady business to almost triple the charge. Would not recommend this business.

Was told $450 ,add for inoperable to $525, then $600 with $125 deposit then $1400!!! Down to$1250,and $125 more! Deposit again. First day driver no show no call !!! 2nd day no show no call!!! Costing ME $100x3 a day for my shipper waiting on them total $1550 !!!!could have had it done for$1125 to start with up front !!!!!and no bullshit!!!

They have had 4 days to pick up my car for shipping and they keep telling me they are waiting on their driver. I gave them $150.00 deposit, on a $789.00 shipping quote! I want my money back! Now they don’t answer my calls or texts. I work for my money, I don’t steal it. I don’t know if you believe in God but you should read the Bible, (1 Corinthians 6:10) thieves will not inherit Jehovah God’s Kingdom. Do the right thing! I myself gave this company the benefit of doubt and gave them another chance to pick up my vehicle, for a $400.00 price increase, “Bait and Switch “ low and behold three times in ten days they told me they would pick up my vehicle tomorrow, tomorrow, and tomorrow never came! They keep promising to return my deposit, but they keep trying to promise me another pickup date. I told them No! Return my money! They also told me to wait until tomorrow to receive my money because their Zelle isn’t working properly, still lying! Told them to return my money or live with bad bad reviews… which is only the truth, I have all of the texts to prove it! My advice, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY (Smart Car Ship). You’ve Been Warned… Finally they returned my deposit of $150. Dollars so I am removing the words scam. It only took two weeks to get my deposit!

Finally cars are here and communicating with Victor was good!

Was promised car pickup on a Friday for $200. Car finally delivered Tuesday morning and they raised the price to $450. They asked for an received a $100 down-payment via cashapp, which I now come to realize is not common and frowned upon in the industry. Communication was good, but after delivery he kept calling and harassing me about leaving a 5-star review. I'm happy to have received the vehicle, but unlikely to use their service again. The delivery company, MAC Trucking, was excellent.
