DO NOT AND I MEAN THAT BY ALL MEANS, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR REFUND AND CANT GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM THEM. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY REFUND AND IM GETTING THE RUN AROUNDS. NEVER SHOWED OR CALLED AT SCHEDULED TIME. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I beg you to not do business with Smart Carship. The imposter “Jeff” is as dishonest as they come. My credit card was charged for $100 deposit, and the vehicle was never picked up costing me additional fees at the tow company. Repetitive lies about the driver and ET of pickup. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Good work experience

Going into the arrangement with Smart Carship we had a bad experience with another shipper. I was very educated at this point and didn't want to play around. I had a set pickup day & delivery day and I was promised those. The rate was agreed and I knew that it was fair and I made sure that there would be nothing additional added. The driver was delayed 2 days from the original date, but did make up time and delivered on time ( which was our more critical date). I would give 5 stars, but there were a few hiccups, nothing that being strong-willed didn't take care of. In the end car was delivered perfectly- for the price agreed ( actually they knocked $50 off)- This is a very stressful kind of transaction- and it's all about estimates getting you in and then changing them. I was educated, so I made sure I had a number before any commitment. Very pleased with Jeff Martin and our driver Giorgi.
