If I can give this company Negative 5 Rating I would say they deserve less! They quoted me $380 all taxes fees included. They kept telling me for 3 days that they are waiting to hear from their driver. And my car would be picked up today at 2:30pm. But unfortunately the price is now $900. They said their quote is an estimate only. Which also I have via email that it’s a binding quote and also is $100% refundable. So I had to cancel but now they refused to give me back my $80 deposit. Don’t use them!!. Liars!! FYI: They are not even rated through BBB. That should have been my Red Flag!

Great experience with Jennifer. Good communication and trustfull.

Great to work with good person and understandable broker!

This company gave a quote, then changed it to 2.5 times higher an hour before the driver was supposed to pick up our car. They gave all kinds of excuses about market price and other nonsense about charges they didn’t know about previously. Do not use this company!

I had the pleasure of working with Zara Kevin and I loved my experience. she was always very attentive and helpful, provided outstanding customer service and very diligent in responding and solving issues. Thank you so much Zara for your great work and hope we can work again soon!

This was a first for me - shipping a car across the state. That said, it was a learning experience. I went to shiply and entered in my information and was immediately inundated with emails and texts from various transport agencies. Some quoted specific amounts, others did not. SmartCar quoted a price that was quite reasonable. I asked several times if that price was firm and Patrick repeatedly said it was. I had to pay $75 up front and he said he would be reach out to his network of drivers. I had to reach out again for an update, and he said he was having trouble getting a driver at the price he quoted. They all wanted $1 per mile, which was well over the quoted price. I was very suspicious, but he finally said I could pay the driver directly, which I did. Ultimately I paid $100 more than what he quoted initially, but it was still less than what others had quoted. The driver was great and the car arrived on time. Thank you Patrick for working with me and getting this done. It was stressful, but we got it done.

Needed a last minute shipping from Maryland to Houston, and Brian was able to get me a driver in 30 mins at an affordable amount. Very patient and fast in assisting. Pickup driver was also patient and very welcoming. Thanks to the team

BAIT AND SWITCH. Don’t trust them. They will quote you a low price and then have an issue with the driver. Now the price is three times that. It took over a month to get the vehicle with multiple calls from them quoting must higher costs than originally quoted. I ended up agreeing to paying $275 dollars more just to get it shipped. Then spent the day waiting around for the driver. He was supposed to contact me in the AM and deliver be noon and didn’t show up until 5.
