For starters, this was my first time having my car shipped and I must say that it was a horrible experience with this company. They exhibit a high level of dishonesty. To secure the deposit, they give you a price, but then double it. I would never suggest them to anyone! I feel I was robbed and misled! It's my belief that they waited until the day before or the day after to inform you that the price had gone up! Realizing that you have no alternatives. Avoid booking with this company! I just want to fair warn anyone please DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!! I WANT SOME OF MY MONEY BACK!!!

Their quote was not the lowest but I decided that I would use the second lowest to transport my vehicles (2 cars). They quoted my $570 from FL to MS for both vehicles and required a $175 deposit. I let them know that I was not at the pickup location except a couple times per month as I was in the process of moving and already had the family in MS. I let them know what days I would be in FL for pickup and had my eldest son in MS for delivery. Only once did they have a driver ready and that was while I was still in MS and I told them it would not work. We tried at least 5 different times to get it done and they were unresponsive or unable to find drivers. Hurricanes were also an issue. The final time they finally had a driver for me but that instead of $395 at delivery location I would have to pay $995. I told them that it was not our deal and refused the driver. Then they told me that due to market conditions and other stuff that they could not find a driver for their quoted ammount. They then had the audacity to tell me that I needed to increase my budget for this transport at which time I told them to cancel our transaction and refund my money. The agent told me that he would start the refund process and that it will take 3-5 business days. After 2 weeks of not receiving the refund they now say that all was my fault and that they normally charge a $200 fee for cancellation. DO NOT TRUST OR USE THIS TRANSPORT SERVICE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR QUOTE. THEY WILL LOW BID AND THEN TRY TO GET ADDITIONAL MONEY FOR COMPLETION AFTER THEY RECEIVE DOWNPAYMENT.

Great communication. Everything went smoothly.

Mike Miller, excellent communication, attentive and understanding. Very effective in your work Recommended! A pleasure to work with you.

Absolute money grab! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! SCAM ALERT! They quote you low prices and harass you to get a deposit then the day they are to pick up your vehicle they call you with bs that they have noone in the area and then tell you they can't do it for the price they quoted. And then proceed to tell you it'll cost you almost DOUBLE what they told you. They also refuse to return your deposit after you refuse to pay their blackmail upcost. I have reported them to the BBB DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Jennifer Wilson was extremely helpful and professional when I was looking to transport my car from the West Coast to the East Coast. I've never done this before, so I had a lot of questions. I felt comfortable emailing or calling her with any uncertainty and communication was great. She was always kind and answered my questions quickly and thoroughly via email or phone. She explained everything in great detail and I never felt rushed. She's truly the best and made it a great experience.

Excellent customer service specially Zara Kevin who made it smooth transition to transport my car from Falls Church, VA to Amherst, NY. It was over night service and the driver who transported my Lexus SUV was very polite and explained as well. I am very impressive with their service. Good jobs!
