Everything was handled in a professional manner, but I would appreciate it if you would stop texting me. I was not able to stay with Smalls for my cat and you people have not stopped texting me. Please stop. Thank you.

I like that smalls is a product that our cat seems to like, and has benefited by it being that he is 21 years old. What I wasn't happy with is that they offer free cat treats with each order and even though it isn't a costly item, it wasn't included with the latest box which cost over $200. When I asked about getting it sent separate, they said that I would have to reorder more products that they don't send them out separately. So, sad to hear that especially since it is a little thing. Even Amazon, Walmart, Sam's club, Nespresso fix errors. So, even though our cat seems to like smalls, I wouldn't recommend it since they don't seem to really care much about the consumer.

My experience with Smalls has been excellent. Firstly, my cat loves the food, and since he’s been eating it, his coat has become silky and soft. Secondly, the ease of ordering, of changing your order, of changing how frequently you want your order is seamless. Thirdly, the food arrives, frozen solid, and easy to store.

I received an email that my order was coming up and I immediately adjusted my order and reschedule it as it was not shipped as yet, but it was sent anyways. It contained, freeze dried puffs and chicken broth from my previous order that I added, both of which my cats didn’t like. I reached out to customer service they said there was nothing that they could do. Only one of my cats doesn’t like Smalls, so I am considering discontinuing it; especially after this incident.
