Everything is great so far. I just picked up the trial box and my boy has enjoyed each pack so far, cleaning his plate each time. The follow up call from the Smalls rep was nice, but didn't seem to accomplish much. Loki did transition to the food with absolutely no hiccups. I only gave 4 stars since I haven't delved into Smalls quite yet only getting the sampler, but I look forward to more in the near future.

Phoebe loves her Smalls meals, and I'm happy with the nutritional value she gains. I can see the overall health benefits since switching from store-bought, canned kitten food. Smalls staff also go the extra mile with customer service, ensuring Phoebe is satisfied with her diet. Wonderful company!

There seems to be a constant changing of packacking and more to the less, recipes. I used to order "Smooth Cow" for my cat. It went on for months. Suddenly, one month, the order that was delivered was a different color than previous....and my cat would not eat it at all. I actually had to revert back to feeding my cat commercial "big name" food to get him to eat. The explcanation Smalls gave me was, and I have the message saved, was essentially,"We have 2 different manufaturing factories using different recipes, but we are a small company so please understand." I would submit that if you are "too small" to have two factories perhaps you should stick with one. Secondly...food used to be packed in a "roll"....much like a sausage link. Within the past few months, it has come in a plastic wrapped cubed square...which can be difficult to open and store. All this was done without prior notification to me, the customer. To the positive, my cat and people I have referred to Smalls has more energy and I see no "bad" ingredients in their food. They simply need to dial their logistocs in, and have better communication with customers. And quit hiding behind "Well, we're a small company." Shannon P Coolbaugh I can verofy all of my purchases.

I am absolutely thrilled with Small's cat food! My 8-month-old kitten loves eating it and always finishes his meals. The best part is that the litter box hardly smells, which is a huge relief for me as a pet owner. The quality of the food is top-notch, and I can tell that Small's puts a lot of effort into sourcing the best ingredients for their products. What's more, their customer service is excellent! They reply in a timely manner and work hard to make sure any situation is resolved. For instance, I needed to change my next shipment date and wasn't able to do so on the website, but their customer service took care of the change for me. Overall, I am very satisfied with Small's and highly recommend them to any pet owner looking for high-quality cat food. The company clearly cares about its customers and their furry friends, and it shows in the quality of their products and the level of service they provide. I will definitely be ordering from Small's again in the future!

The order came on time and our kitty loves the new food!

So far so good. All three of my cats like Smalls food. I like that it is fresh. It doesn’t stick to the food bowls like other commercial cat foods. The cats are really happy to get their food. The orders are on time so far. I haven’t had any issues with the shipping or orders. I adjusted my order to the flavors that my cats like the best. So I am a happy customer. Keep up the good work Smalls.

They've gotten there ordering system fine tuned, so I can adjust my orders based on how my cat eats, which is just fabulous! Food is amazing, my kitty eats with the same excitement every time!!!
