SmallsReviews of smalls.com

First time cat owner: first time smalls ! I adopted my Katara about a month ago and soon after started her on smalls from a recommendation from a friend. She enjoys each type of protein which has been really a blessing and super easy to transition her to it. She also loves the treats that come with it too! Her coat is soft and non greasy, she’s active and loves to play and can certainly get around, and I think the healthy diet that comes from Smalls is definitely playing a part. So far it’s been a great experience with the product and hope to continue her smalls diet for many more rotations!

Everyone at smalls is super helpful if you have any questions setting up. It took a bit of time to adjust my cats to the food but now they love it! Their coats are sleeker, and we have had no hairballs or puke which is a huge change

The customer service for the couple questions I had were right on top it! Quick responses and genuinely nice people. As far as the quality how my cat likes it... she doesn't only like but she freaking loves it! I now have to control how much she gets now because she continues to beg as soon as I step foot in the kitchen! Been a great experience so far!

My cats LOVE this food! The customer service is always excellent. I’m knocking my review down a star solely to the packaging for the food. It is SO hard to open the plastic coverings. Coming from someone who has arthritis in both hands and carpal tunnel in both hands, the packaging is a really poor design. Most of the time I have to use scissors and I’m constantly washing all my kitchen scissors. It’s not a deal breaker, but I really hope this packaging is changed.

Smalls has completely transformed my cat. Her coat is looking much healthier and I can see she has more energy. I love how Smalls packages their cat food and how easy it is to change your choices. Thank you

My cat loves her smalls meals! She’s not a big foodie and gets bored of the same canned/store-bought meals, so the variety smalls offers is great. She’s never asked me to feed her as she always has dry food available and usually eats that if it’s not scheduled meal time, but today she came up to me in the kitchen and meowed/got on my leg to ask for food. I’m also glad to know I’m feeding her something that is good for her. Her fur that was already exceptionally soft has gotten softer, and her poops are almost scentless. The recommended settings on the recurrent orders yield too much food for her, so I’ve had to extend the delivery recurrence. Make sure to pay attention to this or you’ll have an overfilled freezer!

I really like the food quality for our kitties - kitties approve too. Not all of the kitties like it, but most do.

I have two kitties. One loves the smooth fishy the other won’t bother with any of it yet but we’re working with her everyday to change that. The customer service at Smalls has been great! I appreciate all of the helpful hints and tips to try to get my picky eater to switch to a much healthier diet! Thank you!!!
