I bought a sample pack and a month-long box. The company initially sent me the wrong box, another sample pack, then the premium food I ordered. My cat has been on it for over a month when I noticed he was using the litter box excessively, over five times in one morning. After an expensive (over 1000.00) vet visit, we found crystals in his urine caused by the food. I had to buy another food from the vet to help his kidneys. Now, I have excess food in my freezer that my cat can’t eat and I can’t return.

While my cat did not like the food, customer service was great
My very picky cat absolutely refused to eat any of the Smalls flavors but customer service was great. They did not require me to send back the uneaten food packs so I was able to donate them to my local animal shelter. I'll bet hose homeless cats waiting for their "furever" homes enjoyed some of the premium foods as a treat instead of their usual kibble.

I am so incredibly pleased with Smalls. My senior cat Tonto, 17 years old, has always been on a prescribed diet. He was diabetic, has kidney disease, high bp, and arthritis. So, he is usually very tired, dehydrated, and dealing with body pain. We had been trying countless supplements to improve his overall quality of life, but nothing was working. Two days on Smalls for Cats. That’s all it took. He’s energetic, so, very vocal, running, playing, LOVING and I mean chowing down, on his breakfast and dinner. Worth it
I switched my kitty to smalls cat food, which is expensive, but she's a senior and has not been wanting to eat her usual wet food anymore and seemed to be withering away. So I splurged, its been three days of the new food, and she's a lil chonky and more alert. So yeah, was it worth it? I think so. If she's eating food, she's eating her arthritis meds that I mixed into it.

Smalls cares about you and your cat.
Smalls is the only company that cares as much about my cat as I do. My cat loves the food, and there is a noticeable difference to her fur when she has to switch back to canned/dry food while we travel. She has always suffered from dandruff, but when eating smalls, the problem basically disappears and her fur becomes silky smooth. She was also able to lose weight and get down to a healthy weight.
The company itself has also been wonderful, sending me a new box without question when it was stolen from my porch. The price tag may be intimidating when you have the option to buy Fancy Feast for a dollar a can, but it is 100% worth it for the wellbeing, health, and longevity of your cat.

Overpriced!
The small 5oz packets thaw quickly. Im sure the food is high grade. My cats like fish but they dislike Smalls fish. They like the chicken and turkey the best.
Overall this food is overpriced. The shipping cost is ridiculous expensive. And the subscription only model is a complete racket. There are better priced options of equal or better quality. I won't be purchasing again.
