After submitting all my documents, I hadn't heard from them for about a week. When I called, they finished my application and approved my account. I just assumed they had a long list of people to call back. A status update would have been nice, but overall, it was a great experience. While many banks require you to be in business for a year or two, they don't. I also love the low fees!

I was searching for a bank that was friendly to small business owners and, as their name states, they're the perfect match. Very few fees, a mobile app that works great, and their support team is very friendly and professional!

So far, SBB has been nothing but excellent in the care and control of our business banking. That says a lot coming from a man that not only swore away from 'banks' years ago after BofA gave me what can only be described as THE WORST banking experience ever. I have only used Credit Unions since 1991. SBB can look forward to our business from this day forward.
