That’s the combo we’re always aiming for. Solid quality, stress free install, and customer service that actually shows up. Old school values with modern tech, no nonsense. Thanks for the support and the kind words. We really appreciate it.

Lots of choices. These are the easiest fans I've ever installed. One person can handle it. I like all the options, including a versatile remote and Alexa voice commands. This is my second fan, and I'll be ordering a third.

That’s awesome to hear. When someone says easiest fan I’ve ever installed, we know we’re doing something right. One person installs, no circus act required, that’s the goal. Glad you’re enjoying the options too. Remote, Alexa, all the modern stuff without turning setup into a tech support marathon. Second fan already and a third on the way is the biggest compliment we can get. Thanks for sticking with us and enjoy the upgrade.

I assumed all fans these days allow for you to hardwire in but that was not the case. We had to do some rigging to be able to use switches instead of the remote included. Very odd. Hopefully they hold up.

Thanks for sharing your experience. We understand how that could feel unexpected. We’ve already explained in our email that the model you purchased is designed to be controlled by the remote, mobile app, or voice commands. When a wall switch is used with this type of fan, it can only function as a main power on off switch. Full wall control requires the wall switch version of this model, which is available as an option. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clarification helps. If you have any questions about control options or need help choosing the right setup in the future, we’re always here to help.

Overall very nice fan. Easy to assemble. However, the 4 black screws that have two washers in it could not screw into the shaft far enough to allow the black plastic cover to slide over it. The remote works very well and the fan and lights react immediately.

Thanks for the honest rundown. Glad to hear the fan itself went together easily and that the remote response is quick and smooth. That instant reaction from the fan and light is exactly how it should be. Those black screws giving you trouble is definitely not ideal though. That is one of those small things that can turn an easy install into an eye roll moment. If you want, reach out to us and we can help troubleshoot or send replacement hardware so everything fits the way it should. Appreciate you sharing both the good and the not so good. That kind of feedback actually helps us make things better.

I haven’t installed a new fan in several years. I was amazed that Smafan had come up with a way to easily install the fan. Very sleek design with no pull cords hanging down. The fan is operated through the remote. No need to balance the blades. A very well thought out design.

Glad to hear the install felt surprisingly easy. Fan installs used to be a whole afternoon and a lot of frustration, so it’s nice when everything just clicks. The clean design with no pull chains and smooth remote control really keeps the look modern and uncluttered. Sounds like it hit the mark both in function and design. Thanks for sharing your experience and enjoy the upgrade.

The fan remote works well. Easy to navigate, and can be mounted on a wall.

Love hearing this. A remote that actually does its job without acting dramatic is a win these days. Glad it has been easy to use and that the wall mount setup is working out for you. Thanks for sharing your experience and enjoy the smooth control.
