I had an issue with my checking account. I explained the problem and was able to resolve my problem quickly.

I had accidentally overpaid last month and immediately requested a refund. It didn’t happen as quickly as I hoped. With this last call about it, I was told that a check would be mailed in seven days. That seemed useless and asked for it to be applied to this next payment. The service agent sounded surprised and happy, and assured me that could easily be done. It saved both of us a lot of hassle and I was thrilled!

I always get my questions answered. I have never had any problems with my mortgage. I do recommend my mortgage company to others buying homes.
