I mailed my February payment it came back by US mail marked “Undeliverable at this address” which I confirmed was correct have no idea why Post Office returned it. So not to be late on payment I did online one time E Check I called next day to verify it V was received and I did correct and also to inform you that my nail was returned “undeliverable”

I had used the one time payment link to make my mortgage payment, but it hadn't been entered into my bank account. I called Customer Service to determine what happened. The representative was both congenial and informative, and steered me to a place where I could make my payment without confusion.

My bank mistakenly sent two mortgage payments. (!!!) They helped to issue me a refund for one of them with one phone call talking to one very helpful person. Took a LOT of stress off my shoulders.
