Specialized Loan Servicing (SLS)Reviews of sls.net

Aside from having to push so many buttons everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful.

this company is a scam. they mismanage your funds and give you the run around after you busted them. I've been calling for months with no resolve. this company has raised my mortgage so high because of their error that i am in jeopardy of losing my house.

Your customer service is exceptional and I love knowing that you are there for me!

I was late with my payment. All is good now. Thank you!

The customer service agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to solve my issues.

The problem was solved.

this company is a scam at best, if you want a company that cannot handle money or your escrow account this is the place for you, over charged for my taxes that I have to pay my self. customer service is friendly but does nothing, repeat over billing on transfers from my checking account.

The Agents that take my calls are always so courteous, professional, and understanding. The one thing I wish the Company did was to allow customers with a missed payment to put it on the back of the loan. We have been here 19 years, and we want to keep our home. Thank you so very much for being such a great company.
