She said she would mail them to me and in a few days, I got them..I do not remember her name but was so impressed with how fast she took care of my needs. Thank you

Representative was patient and helpful. Only complaint is that it took me over 5 minutes to actually get a representative as multiple times I had to put in loan numbers etc to get to actually speak to someone
