Not worth the money honestly
I’ve had my jeans for probably a year now and they have torn at the thighs. So much for re-enforced thigh sections I guess. Pockets are pretty nice. It seems that they changed the design from what they were advertising in the makings of this company. For example, the adjustable straps on the waistband to account for bloating is no longer a thing. Also the sizes aren’t actually based on your true measurements like how they said it was going to be. I’ve done the measurements and used their AI measuring tool and both times I’ve gotten a jean that was too big for me but I wasn’t going to return it AGAIN just because their sizes are weird. All in all, not worth the money honestly.

Dear Suzuki, I'm Ralph, COO for Slø, and I want to personally address your concerns and disappointment with your experience. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I thank you for taking the time to share it. First, let me apologize for the issues you've encountered with your jeans. The tearing at the thighs and the sizing inaccuracies are unacceptable, and I'm deeply sorry for the frustration this has caused you. I want to be transparent about the reality we're facing. At Slø, we're not just creating a new product; we're pioneering an entirely new fashion buying experience and production process. This is a challenge that no one else in the industry has fully taken on, precisely because it's so difficult to get right. We knew from the start that it would take time to perfect, and we're incredibly sorry that our community, including you, has had to suffer through our learning process. The changes in design features and the struggles with accurate sizing reflect the complex hurdles we've encountered along the way. Each challenge has been a lesson, and I assure you, we're learning and applying those lessons faster and faster now. Here's what we're doing to address these issues: 1. I'm personally overseeing a complete revamp of our quality control process at our Istanbul factory to prevent issues like premature tearing. 2. We're using a much better fabric now thanks to an audit we've conducted with our suppliers. When you're the new kid on the block, you get screwed over sometimes. That won't be happening anymore. 3. We are in the process of implementing a new, more accurate measurement system that truly reflects individual body shapes. 4. We're revisiting our design features to ensure we're delivering on our promises of personalization and comfort. To make amends for your disappointing experience, I'd like to offer you: - A full refund of your original order - please contact me on my email below to arrange this with me directly. - A complimentary pair of our new limited edition V6 Jeans, which introduce a higher quality fabric. - A 30% lifetime discount on all future Slø products. From this point on, we are committed to delivering perfectly sized, durable, and high-quality personalized jeans that will be the best-fitting piece of clothing you own. Now, we want to prove it to you. If you're willing, I'd like to personally oversee the production of your new pair of jeans, ensuring they meet the standards you deserve. I'll keep you updated throughout the process, demonstrating the improvements we've made. Thank you for your honesty and patience. Your feedback is crucial in helping us become the company we've always aimed to be - one that not only produces perfect-fitting, durable jeans but also transforms the fashion industry into a more sustainable, personalized model. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at [email protected] with any questions or concerns. Best regards, Ralph de Lisle Chief Operating Officer, Slø
