I placed an order with Slo that was meant to be shipped over a year ago. It has never arrived. There has been no follow-up, no communication about the outstanding order, and no reliable way to contact the company to find out what is happening. More than a year after the expected shipping date, I’m left with no jeans, no explanation and seemingly no way to get an answer.

It's been three years and still no jeans. Lots of promises. A tracking number showing they were sent to Italy, with assurances they were on their way to Australia, then they were in Turkey, then in Germany but they absolutely knew where they were. Lots of updates that promised revised shipping systems, but still zero jeans. It's been 3 years.

Ordered Nov 2023, jeans arrived Jan 2024 but didn't fit at all. The "3d sizing system" clearly didn't work, so I requested a replacement. I was given the runaround for literally years. I was patient, trusting that I'd get my replacement eventually. I emailed periodically for updates but I was trying to give them the chance to fix things, wanting to support a company who were trying to do things differently and ethically. In Dec 2025 I finally gave up and asked for a refund. They promised it would happen but it never did. I was given some spiel about a backlog of refunds waiting to be processed and again continued to be patient, trusting that I'd get my refund eventually. Throughout this process I was getting spammy generic 'update' emails (which never really updated on anything) but no action on my refund. Finally in Aug 26 (at time of writing) I emailed again for an update only to have my message bounce back, and discover the entire website had closed. Obviously it's way too late for me to dispute the payment through my bank, so the only avenue I'm left with is a bad review. I cannot adequately express my disappointment. I thought I was supporting a company who were trying to do things 'the right way'. Yes, they'd had some teething problems, but they seemed like they were working hard to fix them. In hindsight, I obviously should've asked for a refund and/or disputed the transaction much earlier, but I wanted to give them a chance to fix their mistakes. To have them just close down, with not so much as an email apologising, after over 3.5 YEARS of me chasing them for updates, is a real kick in the teeth. Lesson learned. I'm glad I only ordered the one pair.

So disapointed. Ordered my first pair of jeans with them in 2022, the experience was great and the jeans were awesome. Unfortunatly the jeans were lost on a holiday and I ordered a new pair in April 2023. They have never arrived. Just kept getting emails every month about why they weren't there, they actually did admit to having lost the parcel but gave me store credit to buy two new pairs, which also never arrived. I am genuinely so disappointed as I really believed in Christians mission to make inclusive pants for every size, with adequate pockets and build to last. So sad to see that it may actually have been a money grab. They failed their clients in a major way, never took accountability, and didn't tell their clients when they decided to close the business without having delivered the products they promised.

First two jeans took a while but were great, third one ordered in 2023 and got email after email with excuses till december 2025. Now the site is offline and the email adress doesn't exist anymore... Never got them! Guess they quietly went out of business, leaving their customers with no anwers or products. They scaled wáy too fast and crumbled imo. Hella unprofessional not to just be honest about it but what can you do.

I guess everyone knows this is a scam by now, but I just wanted to chime in. I ordered my jeans in !2023! and still nothing. No jeans, no refund. I've gotten plenty of excuses, though. The last one in December '25. The website doesn't excist anymore, so I guess they've just done an irish goodbye, but in case they re-emerge I wanted to put this out there. DO NOT BUY.

Company is a scam. I ordered my jeans over 2years ago. I received the initial pair over a year later and they weren’t even close to my size. They promised to se d me a new pair, and I still have not received them. I requested a refund which they promised they would send, and I have not received that either. Do not buy.

Complete scam company. I ordered a pair of jeans in December 2024 and I have still not received them as of January 2026, despite still receiving numerous 'order update' emails from the company detailing all their alleged production woes. In February 2025 (after not receiving my order after 3 months) the company agreed to refund me completely and still send the jeans. However they then told me they had run into problems with their payment system and wouldn't be able to refund me until it was sorted out. I still have not been refunded. I was very excited about the company's supposed sustainable and ethical production practices, the fact I could order custom fit jeans for a reasonable price, and to buy from a company challenging fast fashion. However, I have been completely let down at every turn, and can only conclude that either A) they are incredibly incompetent, or B) they are a scam.
