I ordered my glasses
I ordered my glasses, I had no choices when I ordered and received sunglasses about 6 weeks later. I've been in contact through email ( they never answer the phone, only a recording and then it says GOOD BYE). I ordered new lens and paid for them and still haven't received them. I will NEVER order from here again. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY

We'd like to tell you that you did not pay attention to the lens type when placing the order before, which resulted in the wrong lens. We clearly marked not to reply to the order success email in the email text, and all responses will be classified into the trash box. This is why we did't see your email in time. After knowing that you want to change the lens type, we tried to contact you many times, but you didn't follow our request to Facebook or resend the email. Still replying to the conversation that we could not receive the email. If our other customers encounter similar situations we will resolve them quickly. It is normal to place the wrong lens, we can accept part of the price difference and remake it. We did not charge you the full price of new lenses, but only charged half of the lens price plus one shipping.
