Customer service is easy to work with however the mattress topper isn't quite what is expected it does provide some extra softness but not what you would expect for a 3 in topper advertised as to help relieve back inside of your pain but all in all it's a great deal for $50 on Amazon really great deal for that price

Poor quality sleep topper

The mattress pad I purchased went on a pull out sofa couch with a thin mattress on it. After putting the mattress pad on it, it felt very comfortable. I would certain purchase another one for bed.

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize if the product did not fully meet your expectations. Our cooling mattress pad is crafted with Nonotex technology, which is designed to regulate body temperature by drawing moisture away from the skin. This cooling effect is intended to work gradually, enhancing comfort throughout the night. However, we understand that individual experiences with cooling sensations can vary, and we regret that the product did not provide the comfort you were hoping for. If you encounter any issues with the quality of the mattress pad or would like to explore refund options, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Our team is here to assist you and ensure your concerns are addressed promptly. Thank you once again for your feedback and for giving our product a try.
