The fabric is great but the flat sheet and pillow cases keep coming off the bed. The fabric causes the sheet to slide off the bed.

I was so excited to get this in but when I got it, it was not at all what I was expecting. It looked really fluffy in the pictures but it's anything but. It's flat, was never fluffy and what I got feels like I'm just laying on a nice comforter. I ended up having to order a memory foam from puffy and that's my golden ticket right there!!! It didn't help my bad back at all. However, since no returns, my mom absolutely loves it on her tempurpedic so much and said it's really comfortable!! That's why I'll give it a 4.

Customer service is easy to work with however the mattress topper isn't quite what is expected it does provide some extra softness but not what you would expect for a 3 in topper advertised as to help relieve back inside of your pain but all in all it's a great deal for $50 on Amazon really great deal for that price

It does help with keeping my back from hurting but don't think it's as thick as the picture shows.

Product was as described, and fit perfectly.
