Our only 'beef' with BedinABox is their classification "Med-Firm" for the ECO-LUX Mattress. We'd bought the Split King in an attempt to replace an original PacBamboo Plus model bought 18 years ago, it proves firmer. We retain in our 1 guest bedroom the other original purchase and remain happy. We commend BedinABox for their willingness, without hesitation to issue a pickup. However we added a 3" Topper providing a cure and will keep the ECO-LUX.

This is our fourth bed-in-a-box. We have one in our motorhome, one in each of our homes. Great product with wonderful customer support.

Our bed in a box arrived promptly. The assembly instructions could have been a little clearer, but we managed fine. The bed is stylish and comfortable and affordable! My only complaint is that the platform is just a couple of inches too short to fit "under the bed" storage containers. Given our small space, that is a serious bummer.

The Beds are most comfortable and make for a restful sleep!
