Thought they had lost my package in the mail. Turns out they never updated the package tracking, found that out the hard way 2 weeks after the headphones were supposed to arrive. Good quality, easier to sleep with than regular headphones, light, sort of quiet, but overall pretty decent.

I’ve had to re-connect the Bluetooth several times to 2 different devices. The battery life is poor. I’ve used it a few times for 2 hours or fewer, and the battery has to be re-charged each night. The headband also slips off my forehead every night.

Dear Suzanne, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! Many different variables can alter exactly how long the battery life will last. For example if you are listening to the product on the highest volume, you will only receive closer to 7-8 hours of playback. We highly suggest listening to the product at a medium volume level as a high level could cause hearing damage if used for several hours. We do also suggest charging the product daily to ensure a full battery for each use. We are sorry the band you ordered does not fit you well! Having the correct size headband will alleviate the issue you are experiencing. We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Have had for only a couple of weeks and one of the speakers quit working. Bought the $120 dollar set with mic and it quit working...worthless!!!😒
