The SleepPhones stopped working after 3 weeks of use. Power ran down and would not recharge. Poor quality.

The sound quality of sleep phones are absolutely fantastic however the headband is absolutely ridiculously huge it says large on the package but when you take it out it says large/extra large and I don’t know anybody who has a head that is that big and I cannot even remotely begin to keep it on my head so I don’t know how I am going to wear the headband and keep it on so that I can continue listening to the music if you have any suggestions, They would be greatly appreciated because as it stands right now the headband is completely and Utterly useless, Rendering the sleep phones basically just as useless

Dear Lisa, Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband and copy of your purchase receipt, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Excellent for the price. Speakers are slim and fit for purpose. Can be a little bit fiddlly getting everything in place but you’re not paying premium prices so it’s all good.

Love my SleepPhones! My husband keeps the radio on low at night, so I use my SleepPhones to listen to white noise. The fleece is soft and comfy. Best sleep ever.

Sleepphones have literally saved my marriage and my ability to travel with my husband. He is a terrible snorer, but with my iPod and my sleepphones I cannot hear him when we travel and must share a bed and a room.

Love the product, quality and versatility, question about charging I am very pleased with your product. It has provided a great measure of convenience and comfort and has definitely met and exceeded the desired aspects which we sought out and bought it for. I have had an issue I was curious about. The first pair I used for about 3 1/2 weeks and then one day the battery died and when I plugged the battery into the charging cord, the red light would not come on. The connection appeared loose but when I plugged the battery back into the headphones and restarted it it worked fine for a few moments and then died again. I plugged it back into the charger and the red light did not come on but I left it on just in case the battery was very dead. After a few hours the light still did not come on and the battery was dead. We contacted and a replacement was sent out promptly and everything worked again. About two weeks in, the same issue of dying suddenly and then not taking/holding a charge (after just previously charging it the day prior) I am using the provided charging cable and an exclusive plug/charger adapter for it. Do you have any suggestions? I really love the product as there are so many upsides to it, I am just curious about this one aspect. Thank you again!

I have been been using sleepphones for several years and would recommend this product to anyone. They produce excellent sound quality and allow me to listen to podcasts that help me sleep without disturbing my husband and prevent me from hearing my husband snoring! Win Win!
