I’ve got no complaints. Bought the breeze fabric headband instead of the fleece headband. The audio quality is nice. I’m not exactly sure what reserves I’ve got about it, but I just can’t give it a perfect five. Something little is missing... I don’t know. I do highly enjoy my Sleep Phones though.

I absolutely love my sleep phones! Astoundingly fast shipping and the product is incredible. My only wish is that they automatically turned off after a certain amount of inactivity, because I have to charge the battery every 2 or 3 days.

I ordered a sleepphones because unfortunately my previous set was stolen. I ordered it on the same website as usual, to my home adress in the Netherlands. Because i was in argentina you slammed on 50 dollars of import and had the item imported from the US! Never once did it suggest to go to a different local site, or if there would be a better way to order it. Bad experience!

The first one is the international standard USPS and the price is $14 USD. The second method of shipping is UPS Worldwide Expedited and that price is calculated at checkout. On our website we do state that you are responsible for all customs and import taxes for your country when you pick up your package. We have no control over what your government may charge. This is the 2nd pair we bought. The rise pair broke after about 9 months. Only reason I ordered 2nd time is my husband said the flatness of the product is comfortable and it doesn't bothering in while he is trying to sleep. I will not buy a 3rd . You have to make the product heartier
