As a growing company we continue to strive for improvements in this area because we know many of our customers rely on the products on a nightly basis to provide adequate sleep. Please note we have a limited one year warranty on all of our products and would be more than happy to replace the speakers for you. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with the speakers and receipt from whatever retailer you used for the purchase, we will send you new speakers to insert into your headband!
