Dear Tarik, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! We would like to provide you with clear pairing instructions, as there have been a few technological advancements made to this new model. When you plug the module in to charge, you will notice a red light. When the module is fully charged, there will be no light at all. The battery life on the Bluetooth® module is up to 10 hours and only requires 3 hours of charging to enable a full battery. To power on the module, hold down the middle square button until you hear an ascending 3 ring tone followed by a series of double beeps. The beeps will last for only 10 seconds, but the device will remain in pairing mode until it is paired. When the module is in pairing mode, you will notice a fast blinking red light. Next, go into the Bluetooth® settings on your device and turn on Bluetooth®. If you are pairing the product to an Android® device, please be sure to check the box to search for nearby devices and then press scan. You will then see AcousticSheep® appear, simply click on it to establish the connection. When the SleepPhones® or RunPhones® Wireless is paired with the device of your choice, you will notice that the fast blinking red light then changes to a much slower blink (to indicate that it's paired or connected). To power off the module, hold the middle square button for 5 seconds until you hear a descending 3 ring tone. In regards to the material of headband, we would suggest the Breeze material headband. Our Breeze headbands are light-weight with moisture wicking properties to help keep sweat at bay while on the go or sleeping in the warm summer months. They are made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Many customers use them to sleep in instead of our Fleece headbands because they are moisture wicking and the lighter weight than the Fleece material.
