Some improvements needed
I would rate it five stars if you could turn down the volume a little more and more paddling on speakers on the inner side to make it more comfortable for your ears when your on your side. Otherwise a brilliant product and would recommend these.

The Sleepphone people are the best and they sell a wonderful product...I own about 6 of their Sleepphones and love every one of them.....they should get more stars for having great customer service

too much play in the speakers

Dear Eamo, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced! Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears. We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Ordering replacement speakers
I needed replacement speakers and the website is not particularly clear on what I was actually getting. Differentiating between the bluetooth and plug-in variety and what was actually selected puzzled me a bit, but I eventually figured it out. Once I had selected the item, purchasing it was a piece of cake, and it arrived quickly and in good order. Plugged it in and was comfortably listening in bed. Considering that I have had my SleepPhones for more than 4 years, it was great to find the part, order it and have it arrive in a timely fashion. Not easy to get that support with other headsets.
