ear bits move to easy have to a just each time, and a bit of a hassle to pull out battery section to change though i'm happy with the product

SleepPhones are great
SleepPhones are great! I have the corded version, and they're comfortable. I listen to binaural beats on a loop every night and they lull my anxious body to sleep.

LIFE SAVERS
I have always used a noise maker to sleep. My boyfriend has always slept in silence. I'm sure you can imagine our constant bickering over what nights I could use a fan and the level it could be on. His snoring didn't help. These headphones completely eliminated all of our sleeping problems! It's a wonderful compromise, they are so comfortable and my boyfriend can sleep in silence! I LOVE these!

Order one pair and it didn't work
Order one pair and it didn't work. I was promptly provided a replacement which also didn't work.

Dear James, First, when you tried the product were the speakers placed directly over your ears? All of our products come with speakers that are removable, so they can easily be positioned within the headband to line up over your ears. While wearing the SleepPhones® headband, please gently push the speakers around until they are situated on your ears. Please make sure that you are lining up the speakers and not the felt connector that keeps the wires together. Second, is there a case on the device that you are using with the SleepPhones®? We have found that some cases do not allow the audio jack to be inserted all the way, which can cause one of the speakers not to function properly. Third, please make sure that your phone is updated and running on the most current operating system. We have a one year warranty on all of our products and would be more than happy to replace any components for you!
