Should the module last longer than 12-20 weeks of use?
I bought Sleepphones and loved them. I had to purchase a smaller headband because the med/lg which was stated as "fitting most" was too large and I think I have a pretty normal head size. I used these while on vacation so over a couple of years I may have used them between 12 and 20 weeks total. This year they would not charge so I had to buy a new module. They gave me 10 % off for being a "repeat Customer" but still for $69.00 I'm hoping they last longer than 12 weeks this time. They are so comfortable and serve the purpose but shouldn't they last longer?
