Having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. You can find copy of our sizing chart on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing We would be happy to exchange it for a different size / type of fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! I have used the sleep phones for many years and they have never disappointed me!! They are key for me to go to sleep!!!wonderful product

Essential for a good night's sleep!
I've been using SleepPhones for four years now and they've never failed to help me get to sleep and stay asleep. Just recently I've made the switch to wireless and they are so much more comfortable! They sync up seamlessly with my phone and sound quality is great. The band is so comfortable and I barely realize I'm wearing it. It also stays put all night. The only complaint I have is the battery life. I find myself needing to charge it every two days. Maybe I need to read through the instructions more thoroughly!
