Dear Rose, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced with your SleepPhones® Wireless product! We would be more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have! We would like to provide you with clear pairing instructions, as there have been a few technological advancements made to this new model. The Bluetooth® will come with a 50% charge. When you plug the module in to charge, you will notice a red light. When the module is fully charged, there will be no light at all. The battery life on the Bluetooth® module is up to 13 hours and only requires 3 hours of charging to enable a full battery. To power on the module, hold down the middle square button until you hear an ascending 3 ring tone followed by a series of double beeps. The beeps will last for only 10 seconds, but the device will remain in pairing mode until it is paired. When the module is in pairing mode, you will notice a fast blinking red light. Next, go into the Bluetooth® settings on your device and turn on Bluetooth®. If you are pairing the product to an Android® device, please be sure to check the box to search for nearby devices and then press scan. You will then see AcousticSheep® appear, simply click on it to establish the connection. When the SleepPhones® or RunPhones® Wireless is paired with the device of your choice, you will notice that the fast blinking red light then changes to a much slower blink (to indicate that it's paired or connected). To power off the module, hold the middle square button for 5 seconds until you hear a descending 3 ring tone. When pairing to additional devices or a second device it's crucial to hold the middle, square power button down until you hear the ascending 3 ring tone followed by the continuous beeping. You may need to temporarily disable Bluetooth® on first device you paired to, since the SleepPhones® or RunPhones® Wireless is designed to pair with the last device it was paired to. Dear NinjN, Our sincerest apologies that you are not satisfied with your purchase! Having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. You can find copy of our sizing chart on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing We would be happy to exchange it for a different size / type of fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
