Great idea
Great idea, but unfortunately didn't work for my tinnitus as it's quite severe from an accident that broke my neck and caused a tbi. Good customer service.

Effective but fragile
My SleepPhones ensure I get a peaceful night of sleep every time I wear them. They are wonderful at cancelling out all other noise and are very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, they do not seem to last long without something breaking. I purchased a Bluetooth wireless pair and about a year later the rechargeable battery no longer worked and I had to replace that. Several months later the speakers also stopped working. I had a similar experience with the wired set I had before this. That said, these are still very good at what they do and help a light sleeper get a good rest.

Sleep saver!
I love my SleepPhones -- they allow me to sleep in the same bed as my snoring spouse. Unfortunately, I have to buy a new pair about once a year; one side will develop a short. I suppose this has something to do with me using them every single night without fail. Sometimes I'm able to use the 1-year warranty; sometimes they last a little longer than a year. For the price, they're GREAT.

This product is fantastic and really …
This product is fantastic and really works. I have been dealing with my SO's snoring issue for years. It is no longer a problem for me. I just put on some sounds from a white noise app and I sleep like a baby. 5 stars/ highly recommend.

Snoring dimmed
I bought these to reduced my husband's night time sound effects. They are great. My ears no longer hurt from the earbuds. I would recommend to anyone who needs to sleep or just listen comfortably.

I love my sleepPhones so far
I love my sleepPhones so far. My interactions with the company have been excellent. My only quibble: I don't like having to open up the headband each time to find the button to turn on and off the headphones. I wish there could be some way to position the control so that I could easily access the on/off button without having to open up the headband.

Works well but upgrade!
The slide in and out to charge is too difficult, I should have purchased the newer version.
