I got the wireless style. They came with instructions on how to set up the wireless connection with my phone and started right up after completing the steps. No cord to get tangled in/pull out/whatever. Much nicer than tucking my phone under my pillow and hoping not to knock it out from under it during the night, sending cord, phone and headband flying. The speakers are nice and loud too.

Ok so i have both sleepphones the wired and bluetooth, the wired ones are okay and I only say okay because the wires have been faulty since i bought them. Now the bluetooth are much better has good battery life, easy to charge, and I love them. I bought them mainly for asmr since I depend on Asmr for sleep. but I went for a walk today and used them today to listen to music and they started being faulty as in the audio starts to black out i guess and if my phone is in my pocket its as if too far for my sleepphones, if that makes sense. Also, theyre not loud enough sometimes. I like to have my AC on because I like it cold. And Ican barely hear some sounds with the AC on. And turning off my AC is not an option. So, if theres a way to make them louder that'd be great. Oh and one more thing , i am able to connect to my apple device but not my lg phone which sucks sometimes but that's ok. But, I will still give it 5 stars because I am actually able to sleep with them and not have ear buds digging in my ears and that's basically the reason i bought them

Takes a bit of getting used to, but otherwise superb in all ways. Bluetooth works perfectly, and the buttons work as intended.

The concept is awesome and I'm already addicted to them. Only complaints are that the plug only works in certain positions, if it gets rotated it'll stop being audible. Also the speakers move around in the band so I have to keep pushing them into the right spots.

Dear Sarah, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced! Having a snug fit headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers from moving around within the band after you position them. All of our products come in the following three sizes: Extra Small, One Size Fits Most and Extra Large. You can find copy of our sizing chart on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size / type of fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! Here is the link to the warranty page: http://www.sleepphones.com/warranty Regarding the plug, is there a case on the device that you are using with the SleepPhones®? We have found that some cases do not allow the audio jack to be inserted all the way, which can cause one of the speakers not to function properly. If this troubleshooting tip did not alleviate the issue, please contact us directly. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!

Beautiful sound, good quality. They do exactly what they're supposed to, my wife can't hear me snore anymore. The easy charger works perfectly. 5/5

The recharging pad does not appear to work. Fortunately I can just plug on the sleep phone battery directly as I did with a former phone. That was a bit disappointing. Other than that I am very happy and my marriage is secure.

Dear Barbara, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you have experienced with the SleepPhones® Effortless! We have a few troubleshooting tips we can try to get this charging properly. When charging please make sure that the Bluetooth® module is turned off. When placing the Bluetooth® module on the charging base, please make sure that it is facing down on the induction charger. This means that when you feel it as it is charging, it should be a flat surface with the three buttons pointing toward the charging base. Also, the speaker plug on the module will need to be positioned on the opposite side of the micro USB port on the charging base. When positioned correctly, you will feel a magnetic attraction between the Bluetooth® module and the charging base. You can watch a video of how the charging process is performed at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ohc4z8XDM0I If these troubleshooting tips did not alleviate the issue, please contact our customer support team via email ([email protected]) or phone (1-877-838-4790, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm EST) and we would be more than happy to assist you!
