I have used the wired version for 2 years, Found that the wire to the speakers kept breaking

I have not had them very long, but really liking them. They take some getting used to, but after a few times I prefer them to ear buds or head sets. The sound quality is great! Hopefully they last for the long haul.

I love the SleepPhones, however, I am frustrated with the SleepPhones app. In every music option, there is a low humming sound in the background and it drives me insane. I'm not sure if it is only happening to me or if other users notice it as well. I have downloaded other sleep sound apps and there is no humming sound at all. When I listen to my own music downloaded to my phone, there is no humming sound. It only seems to be in the SleepPhones app.

Product does NOT work on galaxy S8, even with an adapter. I want my money back.

This is about the third or fourth set of SleepPhones I've bought. They work great & are very comfy. Only complaint is that the wire (no Bluetooth radio - - although I did buy a Bluetooth set for when I find an AM radio that will work with them) is so thin it eventually breaks. THIS time, not only did I buy a new headband with speakers but I bought just the wired speakers to use in my old(er) headband. I really like this product! :)

Really, really, really bad customer service. Horrible return process if you get the wrong size so make sure you get the right size first. Never order the large size unless you have a lot of hair. These do not work like hat sizes at all, you want it a bit smaller or else its going to slide down your head. If you don't want to worry about that at all - order the smallest size because even a "one-size-fits all" slides down my head and I have a large head. The product works pretty close to the specs they give except for a few things: Battery life is about 6-8 hours depending on how its connected through bluetooth and how loud the volume is on the sleephones. Also if you do not turn off the sleephones after use it will just kill the battery, forcing you to recharge them everyday, significantly reducing the battery life of this product. I have Epilepsy and multiple other sleep disorders and these have helped me IMMENSELY, I feel like I can finally sleep again. I just wish this company had better support because their product definitely helps. Make sure you contact the right person for support or you will just be sent in circles. Making the return process even longer than two weeks which is the estimated time from Sleephones for returning a headband and getting the right size.
