They actually sound pretty good. This is for the SleepPhones Effortless which are wireless charging. They are, indeed, comfortable enough for sleeping. If you lie your head directly on a speaker, there is some pressure but it really isn't painful. Some type of system to "lock" the speakers in place within the headband is needed. The speakers can move during the night. They can be moved back easy enough using a finger to manipulate them. My concern is the long term wear and tear on the headband material by constantly doing this. Unlike some others, I haven't had the problem of finding the "sweet spot" on the charging base. However, despite the magnets, the headband sometimes moves actuating the red blinking light. So check them while charging. So far, I've been getting 11 hours of the stated 13 hour play time if they're left on that long. Charging has been quick - faster than the 3 hours advertised. The headband is the breeze fabric. It seems the fleece might be too warm unless you really like that type of feeling. The band can slide down the forehead during the night, but the overall tension is satisfactory. At $130, however, they are a lot of money. Basically, if you want to sleep with music or background noise, I can recommend these.

For anyone who wears headphones when they sleep, these are a must have!

I have owned several of these. This newest one seems to be superior in design and is even more comfortable. The sales department is very helpful.

At first I thought they didn't work. Then I figured out you have to have the flat speakers exactly over your ears to hear anything. But once you get them set up in the correct position they're awesome. I listen to hypnosis and relaxation audio at night with comfort and know it's not disturbing my husband with sound bleed.

Acoustic Sheep Sleep-phones are awesome! Previously, I had received a pair of "cheap" headband ear phones as a gift. I loved the concept, but the quality and ease-of-use were definitely lacking. You get what you pay for, and Acoustic Sheep products are worth the extra money. I have serious sleeping problems, and having the ability to play "white noise" sounds at night, without bothering my spouse, is really great. I also use them for listening to music, as I have trouble keeping earbuds in place, and headphones are too bulky. Can't wait to use these on my next air flight. I am in love with the "effortless" model that uses Bluetooth and charges on a pad. No problems, great design.

Great product! Easy to setup and very comfortable to use! Thanks to sleepphones I can finally sleep comfortably without worrying about waking up strangled in my headphones or breaking my headphones in my sleep. I used to go through pairs of headphones every few weeks so this will definitely save me a lot of money! Totally recommend this product!
