Love love love the product. I however have three concerns ... 1) Sometimes it’s difficult to get the headset to charge correctly on the base unit. 2) My ears get sore so I need to re-adjust the speakers or my head. 3) The band slides down and ends up in my forehead or eyes during the night.

On to my third set - Not sure why I ended up at acousticsheel.com rather than sleepphones.co.uk where I bought from previously, but so glad I did because the wireless induction charging version (that isn't listed on the .uk site) is THE feature that really 'finishes' the product, and well worth the shipping cost and time! Two brief product comments: I wear the headphones with the headband opening and controls at my forehead because controls are easier to get at, and the wider band works well as a light-blocking-mask. There don't seem to be any comfort related issues, so not sure why the instructions show the control unit going at the back? I wish the module was held in place more, or just moved around less, primarily because I have to fiddle around adjusting it (and sometimes move a speaker cable back behind it) before docking it to the charger each morning.

I love my SleepPhones, as I listen to the radio when I can't sleep. My husband never complains about being able to hear them, and I also use the headband as an eye cover to block out light. My only complaint is that after 2 years the wire broke at the plug end I had to purchase a new set. I would recommend that you redesign the junction to a right angle which I have had on other headphones which doesn't seem to have this problem.

Great product great delivery helps me fall asleep with ease. The only slight issue I have is having to always adjust the shifting of the speaker bits within the headband every time i go to put in the blue tooth component.

While I love the concept the reality of the sleepphones left me a little deflated. I have trouble with the headphones and wireless pack moving around in the headband at night and I can absolutely feel the components through the headband. The headband is also slightly too tight for me and I usually end up starting the morning with a big line on my forehead. My plan right now is to sew my own adjustable fit band with some drawstring to help hold the components in place. Given the price tag it's disappointing to have to do this myself.

Having a snug fitting headband will eliminate the headband from slipping and the speakers and module from moving around within the band after you position them. We would be happy to exchange it for a different size / type of material! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into! The Fleece or RunPhones®, our moisture-wicking material, would be the best in our opinion.
