Dear TC, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! We would be happy to exchange the headband for a different size / type of material! In regards to the headband, we would suggest our RunPhones® headbands, which are light-weight with moisture wicking properties to help keep sweat at bay while on the go or sleeping in the warm summer months. They are made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex. Many customers use them to sleep in instead of our SleepPhones® (Fleece or Breeze) headbands because they are moisture wicking and the lightest of our three headband fabrics. They also run a bit bigger than the SleepPhones® headbands. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
