Dear Kristen, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! We would suggest possibly changing to a different size/fabric headband. A proper fitting headband will keep the speakers snugly in place without causing pain. We see that the headband you ordered is in the Breeze material, which can be a little slippery for some skin tones and hair types. We would also suggest trying the RunPhones® material. Our RunPhones® headbands are light-weight with moisture wicking properties to help keep sweat at bay while on the go or sleeping in the warm summer months. Many customers use them to sleep in instead of our Fleece or Breeze headbands because they are moisture wicking and the lightest of our three headband fabrics. Please know that the RunPhones® headbands come in the following three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large! You can find a copy of our sizing chart along with a measurement video to help you determine the proper size on our site at: http://www.sleepphones.com/customer-support/sizing Please note that the RunPhones® sizing is the lower of the two charts. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
