As a growing company we continue to strive for improvements in this area because we know many of our customers rely on the products on a nightly basis to provide adequate sleep. Please know we have a limited one year warranty on all of our products and would be more than happy to replace any components for you at any time within one year of purchase. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with the components and receipt from whatever retailer you used for the purchase, we will send you new components to insert into your headband! Dear Charlotte, Our sincerest apologies for the difficulty you've experienced with the product! We would suggest possibly changing to a different size/fabric headband. If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
