Don’t buy from Sleep play Purchased expensive AirMini didn’t come…
Purchased expensive AirMini didn’t come with no adapter or tubing. Doesn’t make sense to open box and you cant use it. Company charges every penny for any accessories can’t just add one adopter for free to a 1K purchase.

Hi, Thanks for reaching out. As we explained previously, we do offer the AirMini as a bundle with a compatible hose and mask on our website, as well as the AirMini machine on its own. The product page of the machine on its own does state that a hose is not included with the purchase of the machine and also has links to the compatible bundles. We offer the machine on its own for those who prefer to use a third party adapter instead of the compatible hose and mask bundle. This is inline with our competitors as well. When you had reached out to us the first time, we did explain that we have bundles and offered to help you pick the one that would work best for you. We apologize that our resolution was less than what you were wanting. We understanding navigating new CPAPs can be difficult which is why we include all important information on each product page along with links, but also are available over the phone, via chat, SMS and email to provide any assistance when needed.
