Consistent with other reviews, our experience was not good. Ordered a very expensive chair and paid the full price (over $5,000) with a message that it would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks. After a month we had not heard anything. I have tried to contact this company for the past week with no luck. Waiting on hold on the phone for hours. No response to emails. Their marketing and web presence makes them look legit, but I think the whole this is a scam. I have contacted the company to cancel my order and now will reject the charge as on my credit card and report them to the BBB.

I had a lot of trouble trying to order a Fjord recliner online, the bank thought it was fraud - a really great salesman named Phil from Atlanta really helped me - I ended up calling him 4 or 5 times - they took the fraud alert off and I reordered it ! So far, so good!! Great Customer service !

Stay far far away from Sleep Galleria. For my order the web site stated, "Nationwide delivery as soon as 4 - 7 business days." 2 weeks later, the order has not even shipped. When I called after 7 days, I was told it takes 7-10 days to even process the order. Today I called back to cancel the order since another online seller can have it to me in 3 days. After waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes, an automated system told me no one could take my call and said to send an email. I've never experienced such crappy customer service. Update: Mattress received 7/8/2023 and was the wrong size. Called sales since I knew customer service was pointless. Got a rep on the line that said someone from customer service would contact me Monday to get the correct mattress sent. No phone call/no email from customer service.
