I don’t have my mattress as of yet The item has been lost per the logistics & warehouse company hired.

Fast, easy, good product

I took more than month for delivery. The other bid issue is no options to cancel the order, and returns. Not great! I was thinking that this company is Scam.

Sleep Galleria was very very easy to work with. By far the best price out of anyone and believe me I checked around. The only issue we has with delivery which was through a company they use but in the end because they had to reschedule 2 times they even sent us another set of sheets. I would absolutely use Sleep Galleria again. They truly were great!! Oh, and we love our mattress too.

The bed is what was expected . When buying the bed shipping details are given a week later and it’s hard to track the package with out calling and speaking to several people it’s like you buy the product and wait for them to contact you which was quite odd to me . It sucked not knowing when the bed will arrive until 3 days prior . Delivery team was suppose to remove old mattress and they were not helpful the came while it was raining and did not call prior to arrival and we’re very unhelpful .

If the requested review is about the delivery it is actually 5-star as the men were courteous, efficient, and did there work professionally. If you are requesting on the mattress itself, it has the same feel and effect as my old mattress. Zero difference.

Very bad customer service. After ordering my pillow, I found that I ordered the wrong item. When I called customer service, I was told that I was not able to exchange/return the pillow for the correct item due to being a lifestyle product.

My mattress was delivered and was dirty. The delivery driver took pictures and reported it to the appropriate person and no one has ever contacted me to make it right. I even tried reaching out via chat on your website and still nothing. The person I spoke to said they would look into it.
