Good customer service

I'm from Ohio and I was a little hesitant to order from Oregon, but the SoClean and accessories came in 2 days just as promised. I wasn't charged for the special attachment I needed nor for postage as a lot of the other companies do. Once you read the instructions (which my husband does't ever bother to do) it is very easy to understand and I really could have put it together myself and I'm 75. The SoClean makes life so easy, I don't know how I did without it. My salesman was very nice on the phone and did not try to high pressure me into buying it as many of the other salesmen did, and this company had their prices listed.

Had a problem with a new filter kit not working. Took only 1 call and the problem was fixed with a new filter at no additional cost to me. It only took about 3 days to get to me. Thanks Sleepdirect...that's great customer service!!
