Firstly, this review was firstly about a device they sold, but it really is indicative of what a good company SleepDirect.com is. The device was the HDM Z2 Auto Travel APAP Machine. This thing is darn near as good as the full-size ResMed 10. It fits in a side pocket of my backpack, and it runs seamlessly of my Lifepower A2 L Power Pack for two nights (I was lucky to get 1 full night on the ResMed). It's small, it's powerful and it is not an energy hog. This could easily be my everyday CPAP. I could not be happier with my purchase. Now, for Sleepdirect.com. I was on a deadline for a trip, and they made special care to get the device out to me in 1 1/2 days (free shipping). To boot, I actually ordered the Z1 because it was cheaper. It was out of stock, so they substituted the Z2 for me. I wish I had the name of the customer service rep I spoke to, because she deserves huge kudos. If I were purchasing again, I'd spring the extra bucks for the Z2; This thing is a "Machine." If I were purchasing anything sleep relateded, it would be through SleepDirect.com.

From my research for this prouct, SleepDirect had the lowest price and the shipping was free. Shipped very quickly! From my experience so far with this company, have no complaints!!

I received my SoClean and while putting it together realized it needed an adapter. I called the company and they provided excellent customer service. The adapter is on its way. I am very excited to start using this machine.

It is so easy to work aND THEIR IS NOTTING SPECIAL YOU HAVE TO DO I like it very much wish I would have gotten it earlier
