Completely satisfied with their product knowledge and service. I ordered a Inogen GS-100 in home Oxygen Concentrator out of their Portland Oregon facility on a Friday afternoon and at 10:45 am Saturday, the next day it was on my Issaquah Wa. door step. I am using it for travel in my RV. I have also purchased a SoClean. Don

I recently purchased both SO Clean and A mini cpap machine within a few days of each other. In both cases the items were shipped quickly and arrive in excellent which is exactly what I would expect. What made them special is that I made a mistake and did not complete my order completely. They contacted me immediately, helped me to work through the issue and corrected my order. I was extremely impressed with the ease in which my issue (that I created) was resolved.

A great, reliable company!!

Arrived in a very timely manner, The discount was nice too.

Easy to order. Received the unit promptly. Good price. Would use them for my future needs! Excellent place to do business with.

Fast, easy. Product came undamaged. Good shipper.

My experience with SleepDirect has been great. Each time that I have ordered from SleepDirect the item has been in stock, and was shipped same day.

My husband is feeling better and more energetic after using so clean.
