If you are going to buy a GoClean2 cleaner, SleepDirect.com is where you want to buy. Delivery was fast and set up was great. I called them 2 times while setting up and got a LIVE person both times who walked me through my problem with ease. Their product price, delivery and support cannot be beat. Machine works great and has a 2 year warranty...……EXTREMELY SATISFIED

Very nice and helpful lady worked with me. The only problem was that she had a strong accent and I could barely understand her. I apologized many times and asked her if someone else could take over but she said no and went over and over everything very slowly So I finally got everything I needed to know. It wasn't her fault of course but I am sure she got as frustrated as I was. However, it was still a 5 star review because she tried so hard!

For the second time, I had a very bad experience with Nichole while trying to get advice over the phone. We were talking and I didn’t have all the info I needed. Thinking this was your expertise I figured there would be no problem, there was. While chatting with Nichole I mentioned I had a Trump bumper sticker and Nichole went cold, God’s Truth. She then said I could get my supplies somewhere else so I did. I spent the $180 and actually received a better deal saving over twenty bucks just-on the SoClean parts. I guess they don’t need the money or the business. Go ahead and pull this again, I’m not going anywhere.

I no longer have fears of running low on my CPAP supplies, or purchasing replacement parts.
